| 摘 要： | 大多数的病险水库,在每年汛期都成为各地方防汛的重点,都要花费大量的人力、财力进行抢险。近几年来国家为保证人民的生命、财产安全,加大了对病险水库的资金投入,怎样才能对病险水库进行准确的安全评价,成为近年来水利行业的工作重点之一。

| Abstract: | Most of dangerous reservoirs generally become the flood control focus of local government every year and a large amout of manpower and financial resources will be poured into the problem.In recent years,to ensure the safety of the people＇s lives and property our country increased funding of dangerous reservoirs.How to make accurate safety assessment of the reservoirs has become one of the priorities. |
