| 摘 要： | 利用FGT贫困测度指数,采用Datt和Ravallion贫困变动分解方法分析了1995～2007年间新疆农村贫困状况及其变动原因。结果表明,整个研究期内新疆农村贫困发生率、贫困距指数与平方贫困距指数均呈下降趋势,但自2004年以来,新疆农村贫困发生率下降缓慢,贫困距指数相对稳定,平方贫困距指数从2004的1.00%上升到2007年的1.38%;影响新疆农村贫困变动的主要原因是经济增长和收入分配。

| Abstract: | The rural poverty status and its change causes in Xinjiang in 1995～2007 was analyzed with FGT poverty measurement index and poverty change decomposition method (Datt and Ravallion).The results showed that the rural Head-count index,poverty gape index and squared poverty gape index in Xinjiang all showed decreasing trend in the whole study period.But from 2004,the rural Head-count index in Xinjiang decreased slowly,the poverty gape index was relatively stable and the squared poverty gape index was increased from 1.00% in 2004 to 1.38% in 2007.The main causes affected rural poverty change in Xinjiang were economic growth and income distribution |
