花楸果皮色素研究初报

对花楸果皮色素进行了初步研究,发现花楸果皮含有水溶性的红色素和脂溶性的黄色素;红色素为花青素类色素,而黄色素为类胡萝卜素类色素;黄色素在四氢呋喃中溶解性最好,其次为石油醚,甲醇效果最差;用薄层层析法证实,花楸果皮的乙醇提取物至少含有1种黄色成分和2种无色成分,而石油醚提取物仅含有1种黄色成分;对花楸黄色素的乙醇提取物来说,加大展开剂中石油醚的比例,可以使色素得到更好的分离。

Primary study of pericarp pigment of Sorbus pohuashanensis

This article has conducted the preliminary study to the pericarp pigment of sorbus which contain water-solubility red pigment and grease-solubility yellow pigment.The red pigment is the anthocyanin,while the yellow pigment is a kind of carotenoid;the solubility of the yellow pigment in Tetrahydrofuran is best,next in Petroleum Ether and worst in carbinol.The alcohol extraction of the pericarp of sorbus which includes 1 yellow ingredient and 2 colorless ingredients at least in comparison with only one yellow ingredient in Petroleum Ether extraction were confirmed by the thin layer chromatographic analysis.The pigment will obtain a better separation by enlarging the proportion of Petroleum Ether in spreading solvent for yellow alcohol extraction.
