6-BA对干旱胁迫条件下水稻芽期生长的影响

摘    要:采用聚乙二醇(PEG-5000)模拟土壤干旱条件,研究不同浓度6-苄基腺嘌呤(6-BA)处理对水稻芽期生长的影响。结果表明:PEG抑制水稻种子发芽,25%PEG处理的发芽完全受抑制;在PEG胁迫下,适宜浓度的6-BA(0.1~1 mg/kg)可提高水稻种子的发芽率,促进根长和芽长的生长,提高水稻的抗旱性。

Abstract:PEG-5000 was used to sinmuate soil water deficiency. In treatment with 6-BA at different concentrations, the effect on the bud of rice was studied under water stress. Results indicated that PEG restrained the germination of rice seeds, the treatment of 25% was completely restrained; Under water stress created by PEG,the above concentration of 6-BA improved the germination rate of rice seeds,promoted the length of root and shoot, enhanced the resistance of rice under water stress.
