摘    要:快速检测粮食含水率在农业工程中具有十分重要的意义。迄今为止,国内外对含水率的测量方法和技术已进行了大量的研究和探索。通过参考大量的文献,对各种方法进行了综合分析,找出了各自的优缺点,以便对粮食含水率的检测方法进行改进,为粮食含水率快速无损检测提供了新的意见,最后对粮食无损检测的前景进行了展望。

Abstract:The fast detection grain moisture content has important significance to be used in the agricultural engineering. So far, the methods and technologies, used to detect moisture content, have been deeply researched and exploited. Through referring to great quantity of documents, each method is analyzed to find each virtues and defects, in order to improve the detection methods and provide several advices on fast nondestructive detection for the grain moisture content. At last, its prospects are forecasted.
