| Abstract: | On the basis of brief analysis on the current development in rural power grid in Tieling area,the author examines the necessity,basic thought,and principle in constructing smart strong power grid in Tieling area.Proposals for such construction are given in this article so as to provide reference for the realization of coordinate development of rural power grid and other various power grids. |
