摘    要:作者对8窝104头仔猪血清的猪瘟抗体用酶联免疫吸附试验间接法进行测定,在获得大量数据的基础上,使用多项式回归分析方法,建立了仔猪血清猪瘟抗体酶联免疫吸附试验测定A值(y)关于日龄(x)的回归方程,本模型的意义在于对各日龄(3日龄~25日龄)仔猪血清猪瘟抗体A值的观察值能进行点预测及区间预测。另4窝45头仔猪血清猪瘟抗体A值作为考验样本,考验样本值都落在置信度:勾0.90的预测区间之内。模型提示,猪瘟抗体水平的最低点在20~21日龄;猪瘟母源抗体的半衰期为11.86天。

Abstract:The SFV(Swine Fever Virus)antibodies from 104 piglets sera of 8 farrows were detected by ELISA.On the basis of the large amount of data obtained,using the polynomial regression analysis method,the regression equation for y to x was established,y means the A values of SFV antibodies from piglets sera by ELISA,and x means the day-age of piglets.By the model,the point and interval prediction of A values of SFV antibodies from piglets sera in every(3~25)day-age by ELISA could be obtained.The A values of SFV antibodies from 45 piglets sera of 4 other farrows by ELISA were accepted as examined samples.The values of examined samples fell in the predicted interval with confidence level 0.90.The model pointed out that the lowest point of the level of SFV antibodies was at 20~21 day-age,and that the half-life of maternal antibodies aganist SFV was 11.86 days.
