| 摘 要： | 采用数据统计分析和科学估算的方法,研究了华北农牧交错区近27年来的粮食生产及其生产潜力同人口承载力的关系。结果表明:华北农牧交错区27年来的粮食产量年际间的变幅巨大,最高年份和最低年份相差19.0倍,粮食生产的巨大波动性给区域居民粮食稳定自足带来很大压力。比较近20年来的粮食产量同居民不同生活标准下需求量的关系发现,区域仅在温饱的生活标准下,就有15~17个年份的粮食生产不能满足居民所需,而在富裕的生活标准下,连续20年的均不能满足需求。华北农牧交错区人口大量超载,温饱生活标准下超载39.3%、小康型标准下超载69.4%。通过估算区域作物的最大生产潜力,表明粮食生产能够满足当前人口在生活富裕标准下的需求,但频发的自然灾害使作物的生产潜力很难实现。 |
