| 摘 要： | 在社会主义新农村建设中迫切需要科技支撑和引领，针对吉林省新农村建设中科技支撑力设置了调研指标，对吉林省8个地区和1个州进行了调研，从影响科技贡献率的五个因素进行分析，提出强化科技支撑作用，对进一步深入进行社会主义新农村建设提出了具体建议措施。

| Abstract: | In the construction of socialist new rural, urgent need for technology support and lead. Aimed at the support of Scientific and technology in the construction of socialist new rural, eight regions and a state of Jilin province were researched. Provided that strengthen the support role of scientific and technology by analysis from five factors that affected the contribution rate of science and technology. And provided some specific measure for the con- struction of socialist new countryside. |
