摘    要:为了更好地认识重金属铅对植物种子萌发及幼苗生长发育的影响,以常见的萝卜种子作为材料,研究了不同浓度的pb2+对萝卜种子萌发、幼苗根长及叶绿素含量的变化.结果表明,pb2+浓度变化并不影响萝卜种子萌发率,但随着浓度的增加,对幼苗的形态、根长、根毛的产生及叶绿素的含量均有一定程度的抑制作用.

Abstract:To further study the influence of the heavy metal Pb(Ⅱ) on the plant seeds germination and the development of seedlings.In this paper,the Radish(Raphanus Sativus L.) seeds germination,seedlings root growth and contents of chlorophyll affected by different concentrations of Pb(Ⅱ)were studied.The results showed that changes of the concentration of Pb(Ⅱ) could not affect Seeds Germination of Radish.But with the increasing of Pb(Ⅱ) concentration,the morphology,root length,form of root hair and the content of chlorophyll of seedlings were inhibited extensively.
