摘    要:目的]确定西芹种子萌发的最佳条件。方法]设100、200、300 mg/kg3个赤霉素浓度,0~10、10~20、20~30℃3种变温,探讨变温及赤霉素协同作用对西芹种子萌发的影响。结果]芹菜的发芽势、发芽率、活力指数、苗重、淀粉酶活性及可溶性糖含量之间均存在极显著的相关性。温度相同时赤霉素对芹菜各生理活性均有促进作用。赤霉素对低温(0~10℃)下的芹菜种子萌发促进作用最大。芹菜种子萌发的最适温度为10~20℃,在此温度下,200 mg/kg赤霉素处理的芹菜各生理活性均达到最大值,发芽势比100、300 mg/kg处理分别提高9.7%和5.6%。结论]温度是影响西芹种子萌发的主要原因,赤霉素起协同促进作用。

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to ascertain the optimum condition for the seed germination of western celery.Method] Three gibberellin concentrations of 100,200 and 300 mg/kg and 3 changing temperatures of 0~10,10~20 and 20~30 ℃ were set up to discuss the influences of changing temperature and gibberellin synergistic action on the seed germination of western celery.Result] There were extremely significant correlations among the germination potential and rate,vitality index,seedling weight,amylase activity and soluble sugar content of celery.When the temperatures were same,gibberellin had promoting action on the various physiological activities of celery.The promoting action of gibberellin on the seed germination of celery was most under low temperature(0~10 ℃).The optimum temperature for the seed germination of celery was 10~20 ℃,under which the various physiological activities of celery treated with 200 mg/kg gibberellin reached the maximum values and the germination potential increased 9.7% and 5.6% in comparison with the treatment with 100 and 300 mg/kg gibberellin.Conclusion] Temperature was the main factor influencing the seed germination of western celery and gibberellin played synergistic and promoting action.
