血虫净缓释剂的研制及预防鸡卡氏住白细胞虫病效果的评价

采用缓释剂制备技术研制了血虫净缓释注射液，该制剂药物包裹量大，析出量小，粘度均匀，3000r/min离心15分种不分层，且粘度小，便于肌肉注射使用。用含4％血虫净的缓释注射液，以0.5mL只和1mL／只的量分别注射50只110日龄健康海兰白鸡。结果用以上两种剂量给鸡注射，都可有效预防本病一个月，而同时对照的含4％血虫净的水溶剂组没有预防作用。

THE EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF TRIAZOMIDINE SLOW RELEASING INJECTION AND EVALUATION ON PREVENTING LEUCOCYTOZOON CAULLERYI

Triazomidine slow releasing injection was studied with preparation technology of slow releasing injection. The containing medicine amount was more and the separation amount was less, and viscosity was even for 15 min by 3000r/min. and its viscosity was small, it is ease to inject in muscle. 50 chickens of 110 days health Hailanbai were injected 0.5mL of 4% Triazomidine slow releasing injection per chicken, another 50 same chickens were injected by 1mL of 4% Triazomidine slow releasing injection. The results showed that the two dose effectively prevented L. caulleryi for one and half months, but 4% Triazomidine water solution didn't.
