摘    要:为了鉴定草地贪夜蛾(勋.d.p如妒增er血)嗅觉受体相关基因,进一步挖掘其在进化与功能上的信息,基于已发表的草地贪夜蛾基因组数据,利用TBLASTN同源搜索的方法从基因组中鉴定得到63条嗅觉受体OR基因,对其进行GO及KEGG功能注释,再与8种鳞翅目昆虫的OR基因进行比较分析.结果表明,草地贪夜蛾与甜菜夜蛾(S.exi...

Abstract:To identify the olfac tory receptor(OR)genes of Spodoptera frugiperda and explore their evolutionary and functional information,we identified 63 olfactory receptor genes using TBLASTN homology-based approach.Their GO and KEGG functional annotations were analyzed and compared with the OR genes in eight other Lepidopteran insects.The results showed that 16 OR genes of Spodoptera frugiperda clustered with SexiOR of S.exigua in the phylogenetic tree,and six of them might be sex-specific;Two OR genes,clustered in the same branch that BmorOR42 located,may perform the function of sex pheromone recognition.
