我国森林生态产品价值实现:路径思考

森林是重要的水库、钱库、粮库和碳库，蕴含着巨大的生态服务价值。生态产品价值实现不足使正在深化的国有林区、国有林场和集体林权改革成效大打折扣。文中将生态产品价值实现划分为生态系统服务支付（生态效益补偿）、生态产品权属交易、生态溢价和生态产业等基本路径，在此基础上梳理国内外探索生态产品价值实现路径的实践做法，针对存在的问题提出了完善我国森林生态产品价值实现路径的政策建议，为进一步明确和丰富我国生态产品价值实现路径提供参考。

Value Realization of Forest Ecological Products in China: Thoughts on the Path

The forest, which contains huge ecological service value, is the crucial source of water, money, grain, and carbon. The lack of value realization of ecological products has greatly reduced the effectiveness of deepening the reform of national forest areas, state-owned forest farms and collective forest property right. This paper divides the value realization of ecological products into several basic paths, including ecosystem service payment, ownership transaction of ecological products, ecological premium and ecological industry. On this basis, it summarizes the practices of value realization path of ecological products both at home and abroad and puts forward some policy proposals to improve the value realization path of forest ecological products for the existing problems, with a view to provide reference for further clarifying and enriching the value realization path of ecological products in China.
