效率分解、中介传递与中国林业经济增长的空间溢出

推动林业经济增长不仅依赖要素投入增加，还需要不断提升生产效率，推动林业产业转型升级。为研究林业经济增长过程中林业投入产出效率存在怎样的变化，要素投入能否通过生产效率和产业升级带动林业经济增长，以及是否存在空间溢出效应，文中基于2011—2019年31个省（市、自治区）的数据进行实证检验。结果表明:中国林业全要素生产率提升主要依赖技术进步，生产效率和产业升级在林业经济增长过程中存在显著的中介传递作用，要素投入、产业升级、生产效率存在显著的空间关联性和空间溢出效应，中国林业经济增长的空间溢出主要源于劳动力的省际转移、产业结构升级过程中的趋同效应和示范效应以及生产效率提升过程中的信息和技术传递。

Efficiency Decomposition,Mediation Transmission and Spatial Spillover of Forestry Economic Growth in China

Promoting forestry economic growth not only depends on the increase of factor input, but also depends on the continuous improvement of production efficiency as well as the transformation and upgrading of forestry industry. In order to study whether there is efficiency change for forestry input-output, whether factor inputs can promote forestry economic growth through production efficiency and industrial upgrading, and whether there is spatial spillover effect in the process of forestry economic growth, this paper did empirical analysis based on the data of 31 provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) from 2011 to 2019 in China. The results show that the enhancement of forestry total factor productivity mainly depends on technological progress, while production efficiency and industrial upgrading have significant mediating transfer effects in the process of forestry economic growth, and there are significant spatial correlations and spatial spillover effects for factor input, industrial upgrading and production efficiency, and the spatial spillover effects of China's forestry economic growth mainly come from the inter provincial transfer of labor force, the convergence effects and demonstration effects in the process of upgrading industrial structure, as well as the transmission of information and technology in the process of production efficiency improvement.
