无边界组织的管理与构建

摘    要:为适应经济全球化、信息网络技术和知识经济的挑战与冲击,组织应重构管理思路,更需要速度、灵活性、内部整合能力、创新能力及对环境的适应性和应变力。而无边界组织的技术基础是计算机网络化,它强调速度、弹性、整合和创新,它的形式是多样,它的优点是四种边界更易于信息、资源及能量的渗透扩散。本文简介了无边界管理的产生及涵义,阐述了无边界管理的原理及其构建。

Abstract:In order to accommodate challenges and impacts of economic globalization and information network technology and knowledge economy,organizations need to reconstruct managing ideas,and velocity,flexibility,internal integration capability,innovation,and adaptability are also needed.The technologic foundation of boundary less organizations is based on computer networking,which emphasizes velocity,elasticity,integration and innovation.It has multiple forms,and its merits lie in that the four types of borderline make the information,resource,and energy easy to permeate and spread.The article briefly introduces the generation and connotation of boundary less organizations,and expounds its principles and construction.
