“5406”细胞分裂素防治杨树溃疡病的研究

通过室内抑菌、离体枝条处理及田间防治应用等试验,研究了“5406”细胞分裂素对杨树溃疡病和杨树的影响。结果表明,“5406”细胞分裂素对杨树溃疡病菌菌丝生长有抑制作用,能够显著降低杨树溃疡病的发病率和缩小病斑。“5406”与代森铵的混合液防治该病比其单独使用的效果好。“5406”能够刺激杨树愈伤组织的形成,促进离体枝条根和枝叶的生长,用“5406”处理苗木根部能够提高杨树造林的成活率。喷洒“5406”后,杨树干部表面微生物明显增多。

Study on the Control of Poplar Canker (Dothiorella gregaria Sacc.)With the Metabolic ProdtiCts From Streptomyces jingyangensis n.sp.

The metabolic products of Streptomyces jingyangeesis "5406" havesome inhibitory effects on the hyphal of Dothiorella gregaria Sacc.The incidence and degree of the disease of poplar canker can bedreduced by "5406". "Amobam+5406" is better than "5406" or Amobam alone in controlling poplar canker. "5406" can promote the formation of callus and the growth of poplar in the laboratory. It can also promote root growth and increase the survival rate of newly established poplar.
