| 摘 要： | 以百合根状茎、幼茎、叶片、离体胚为外植体,4种激素2,4-D、NAA、6-BA、ZT采用L9(34)正交实验处理,对愈伤组织诱导的条件进行研究。结果表明:6-BA和2,4-D在诱导百合愈伤组织中作用极为显著,4种激素对愈伤组织的诱导作用大小依次为:6-BA2,4-DNAAZT,初步断定百合愈伤组织诱导的最佳激素配比是:2,4-D0.2 mg/L+NAA0.9 mg/L+6-BA1.0 mg/L+ZT0.25 mg/L;根茎和幼茎作为外植体更易诱导愈伤组织形成;暗培养较光暗交替培养褐化率低。

| Abstract: | The rhizome,leaf blade,steam and in vitro embryo of Lilium candidum L. were served explants.Four kinds of plant growth regulators:2,4-D,6-BA,NAA,ZT were studied by L9(34) orthogonal design,then compared the induction rate,callus browning of rate.The results showed that actions of 6-BA and 2,4-D were extremely remarkable,that of NAA was remarkable,which ZT was least effective.The order of their efficiencies was 6-BA>2,4-D>NAA>ZT.The best medium for calli inducement was MS+2,4-D 0.2 mg/L+NAA 0.9 mg/L+6-BA 1.0... |
