农产品质量安全信息化技术进展及应用前景

摘    要:随着人们经济生活水平的提高和一些农产品在流通过程中的潜在安全问题被发现,消费者对农产品的安全问题越发的关注。本文介绍了如何运用RFID技术、网络技术、HACCP系统、农产品安全溯源和农产品生产管理系统等现代信息网络技术体系更好的确保农产品安全,实现对农产品质量安全的管理和监控,在此基础上提出保证农产品安全的信息化解决方案,分析探讨信息技术在中国农产品安全领域中的发展应用前景。

Abstract:With the improvement of living standards, people pay more attention on safety of agricultural products, at the same time some potential safety problems in circulation of agricultural products were revealed. To ensure the safety of food is an important issue in food production, and thus a good control and monitor system is highly recommended. The traceability system of agricultural products safety and agricultural products safety production management system based on the HACCP system、RFID technology and network technology were built. This paper will make an introduction to them, give an informatization solution to ensure the safety of agricultural products, and analyze information technology in China’s agricultural products in the field of security application development prospects.
