摘    要:用CTAB法提取3个番茄品种及6份品种亲本材料的DNA,通过AFLP-PCR分子标记方法,构建亲本及品种的指纹图谱。其结果利用如下:从分子水平构建了3个品种及其6份亲本材料的指纹图谱,6份亲本材料扩增的多态性条带从10~27条不等,平均17.56条,多态性位点比率为41.3%。通过符合率测定,亲本纯度符合率为100%,杂种一代为98.7%。利用NeiLi法计算番茄遗传相似系数,3个品种及亲本的遗传相似系数分别于0.37~0.61和0.53~0.62,采用UPGMA法进行聚类分析,对3个番茄品种及其亲本的遗传关系进行分析,为番茄杂交育种提供理论参考。

Abstract:CTAB is used to extract DNA of three tomato hybrids and their parents.DNA fingerprints of tomato the hybrids and their parents were established by AFLP.Ten to twenty seven polymorphic bands,with average 17.56,were amplified from six parental materials.The percentage of polymorphic bands was 41.3%.Coincidence identification analysis revealed that the purity coefficient of the six parental materials was 100% and 98.7% of the three tomato hybrids.Based on methods of Nei & Li,the genetic similarity of three hyb...
