| 摘 要： | 以 N_6培养基为基础,培养基各组份用量的多少对培养率的影响,进行了全面的优化试验。1987年变化了20个组份的因素水平。在对87年试验结果进行变量分析和主次因子研究的基础上,又设计了1988年的试验,继续改变了17个组份的因素水平。连续两个周期的试验研究表明,培养基各组份的合适用量,以及它们之间的一定的组合关系可导致花培

| Abstract: | With N_6 as the basic medium,the components influencing the efficiency of anther culture were studied throughly in 1987 & 1988.In 1987,20 medium components in severallevels were tested and evaluated by analysis of variance for the major/minor factorsinfluencing the efficiency of anther culture.In 1988,17 medium components in various levels were studied based on the results of 1987.The results of the two years indicated tha theeffectiveness of anther culture could be increased greatly if suitable dosage ofmedium components are used in certain combinations.The best result of percentages ofgreen plantlet differentiaties was 57.23% with Zhonghua No.9.Some medium combinations(superior groups)with high culturing percentage have been found. |
