摘    要:对裸燕玫成熟胚进行离体培养。研究表明,基因型和不同激素组合,地成熟胚愈伤组织诱导具有重要作用。晋燕8号愈伤组织诱导率高达85.7%,2,4-D是诱导愈伤组织必不可少的因素。采用循环培养法对愈伤组织进行改造,获得了易分散,颗粒状胚性愈伤组织,缓减了愈伤组织生活力衰退的速度。将松脆愈伤组织置于流体培养基中进行悬浮增减得到分散性。生长快的悬浮细胞系,悬浮系经分化培养获得的再生植株

Abstract:The mature embryos of naked oats were cultured in vitro. The results showed that genotype and combine of different hormones played imporatant roles in callus induction from mature embryos. Frequency of callus formation for "GY-8" were the highest one in the six naked oat genotypes(85.7%). 2, 4-D was essential factor for inducing callus. 76. 5% of callus frequency were obtained in IN6 2, 4-D 3 mg/L NAA 1mg/L medium. Embryogenic callus was obtained by using method of circulate-culture. However, decling speed of callus vitality was slowed down. The cell suspension cultures were established from friable callus in liquid medium. 43 green plants were induced from differentiation medium. It was over 95% that survival rate of transplantation for these small plants.
