摘    要:比较研究了植物残体在水田、旱地和林地3种不同红壤利用方式下的腐解和腐解过程中微生物类群和数量变化以及红壤理化性状的改变。结果表明,不同利用方式的红壤微生物类群和数量有明显差异,植物残体在红壤中的腐解与红壤中的微生物数量及类群有密切关系。植物残体的添加使水田、旱地、林地微生物数量显著增加,且均出现了相似的菌群演替规律。不同时期微生物监测结果显示,植物残体的腐解对不同利用方式的红壤微生物影响不同。植物残体腐解1年后,红壤性状得到部分改善,有机质、旱地的速效磷、水田的速效钾增加显著。

Abstract:Degradation of three kinds of plant residues in red soil under different ecological-environmental conditions and the dynamic changes of microorganisms were studied.In one year after plant residues supplement,the chemical properties of the red soil were tested.The results showed that the degradation of residues was greatly related with the amount and composition of microorganisms.At the beginning of the residues decomposition in red soil in three different land use types,the number of the fungi was greatly increased,one or two months later, the number of bacteria followed.This phenomenon indicated that fungi might play an important role in residues degradation.In the course of residues decomposition,the influences on the soil microorganisms were diverse according to the types of the land use.One year later,the number of microorganism increased notably,the character of red soil was improved partly,while instant phosphorus in upland red soil and readily available potassium in paddy soil were remarkably enhanced,compared with the control.
