实验性山羊急性铜中毒的治疗和预防研究

21头次1岁龄江苏小型山羊,先期增按8mg/kg体重铜的硫酸铜口服19周而未显示出明显临床症状,被分为5组,分别作铜中毒和用三硫钼酸盐予以预防和治疗铜中毒.另6头健康山羊,分别静脉注射三硫钼酸钠或生理盐水,作上述实验对照。发现:(1)三硫钼酸盐有治疗急性铜中毒作用,剂量按每羊 0.5-0.8mg/kg体重钼换算成三硫钼酸盐一次静脉注射是安全有效的。(2) 在给予硫酸铜之前3h预先注射硫钼酸盐,对中毒病羊仅有部分预防作用.(3)以 0.5mg/kg体重钼的剂量换算为三硫钼酸盐,一次静脉注射,对健康山羊无明显副作用。(4)硫钼酸盐治疗急性铜中毒的机制可能与它增加了TCA不溶性血浆铜,延缓了铜离子向组织和器官渗透并产生毒害作用有关。

STUDY ON THE PREVENTION AND TREATMENT OF ACUTE COPPER POISONING IN GOATS

Tweenty one goats, which were fed 8mg Cu/kg BW daily for 19 weeks but did not show any clinical signs, were used in experiments designed to test the effectiveness of so- dium trithiomolybdate in the prevention and trcetment of acute copper poisoning; six nor- mal goats were designed to examinc the effects of trithiomolybdate and saline on the copper concentrations in the plasma of goats. the results showed here indicated that: (1) intravenous injection of 0.5-0.8mg Mo/kg BW as trithiomolybdate could treat the acute copper poisoning of goats reecived 2.5mg Cu/kg BW as copper sulphate. (2) trithiomolybdate possesses partly ability of prcventing acute copper poisoning if the ani- mals were dosed Mo in three hours advance of Cu dosing. (3) 0.5mg Mo/kg BW as trithiomolybdate administrated intravenously had no obvious side effects in healthy goats except that plasma copper concentrations inercased. (4) the explanation of trithiomolybdate for preventing and treating copper toxicosis might be to increase TCA insoluble plasma Cu, to delay copper to go to tissures and organs of goats.
