全数字化乳腺X线摄影在乳腺癌新辅助化疗疗效评价上的应用

摘    要:目的探讨全数字化乳腺X线摄影评价乳腺癌新辅助化疗疗效的应用价值.方法21例经穿刺活检确诊为乳腺癌患者,在新辅助化疗方案前后分别进行全数字化乳腺x线摄影,比较化疗前后乳腺肿块、局部腺体致密、结构扭曲、钙化等病灶变化情况,并对其疗效进行判定.结果化疗后有11例肿块较前减小;5例患者局部腺体致密范围缩小,1例范围扩大;4例结构扭曲较前改善;10例钙化中有6例未发生改变,3例钙化数量减少,1例钙化数量增多.结论全数字化乳腺X线摄影可清晰显示乳腺癌病灶,对乳腺癌新辅助化疗疗效评价具有一定的临床价值.

Abstract:Objective To study the application value of response to neo-adjuvant chemotherapy of breast cancer by using full-field digital mammography. Method 21 patients with breast cancer finally diagnosed by needle aspiration examination accepted full-field digital mammography, and the changes of breast turnout,focus density, focal grand architectural distortion and calcifications were compared before and after neo-adjuvant chemotherapy, and the patients' curative effects were evaluated. Results 11 breast turnout after NCT were smaller than that before NCT;5 focus density scope reduced,and case enlarged ;4 focal grand architectural distortion improved ;In 10 calcification,6 cases were the same, 3 cases reduced, and 1 case increased. Conclusion Full-field digital mammography can clearly perform breast cancer shape, which has clinicall value for curative effect assessment of neo-adjuvant chemotherapy of breast cancer.
