摘 要: | 目的研究粮食中金属元素的种类及含量.方法样品湿法消化后应用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)同时测定粮食中的多种金属元素.结果检出限为(0.04~1.21)×10^-4,加标回收率为92.0%-111.9%,RSD为0.4%~3.8%.结论ICP—AES法测得大米中含有多种金属元素,其中K,Mg,Ca,Zn,Mn,Fe元素含量较为丰富.

Abstract: | Objective To research the contents and species of metal elements in the rice. Methods Waterish digestion and ICP-AES were used to determine the metal elements in the rice. Results Detection lines is (0.04 1. 21 ) × 10^-4, and its recovery ratio obtained by standard addition method ranged between 92.0% and 111.9% ,while RSD is 0.4% - 3.8% . Conclusion There are kinds of metallic elements in the rice by using ICP-AES, the contents of K, Mg, Ca, Zn, Mn, Fe are very abundant. |
