| 摘 要： | ASPP（apoptosis stimulating protein of p53）即p53凋亡刺激蛋白家族,是科学家们近年来发现的新的蛋白家族.该家族包含有三个成员：ASPP1,ASPP2和iASPP.它们均可以与p53相结合,从而正向或负向地调节p53诱导细胞凋亡的作用,成为肿瘤治疗的新靶点.

| Abstract: | The ASPP family（apoptosis stimulating protein of p53） is a newly discovered family in rencent years.It comprises three proteins ASPP1,ASPP2 and iASPP,which bind to p53.The ASPP family members plays a quite different role in the apoptosis function of p53 which will be as the new target sites for tumor therapy.The article reviews the current research progress of ASPP. |
