奥唑嗪盐酸口服液的药理学实验研究

目的通过对奥唑嗪（AZQ）口服液初步的药理学实验观察，确定其对支气管哮喘的治疗作用．方法采用药理学实验方法，将200只小鼠随机分成4组，每组50只，各组分别设置中药奥唑嗪大剂量组（200mg／kg）、中剂量组（100mg／kg）、小剂量组（50ms／kg）3个剂量组、阳性对照组（抗炎为醋酸可的松；止咳为蛇胆川贝液；祛痰为氯化铵；平喘为氨茶碱）及生理盐水对照组，分别对其进行抗炎、止咳、祛痰、平喘等药效学观察．结果奥唑嗪口服液100mg／kg和50mg／kg剂量组对抗炎有一定作用；50mg／kg剂量组对止咳有显著作用；70mg／kg和100mg／kg剂量组对祛痰有显著疗效；100mg／kg和50mg／kg剂量组对平喘有明显作用．结论奥唑嗪口服液对抗炎、止咳、祛痰、平喘有一定疗效，可以开发研制为二类新药．

Experiments on Primary of Azuroquine Pharmaceutical Effects Oral Liquor

Objective To assure the therapeutic effect of azuroquine oral liquor on bronchial asthma through primary observation of pharmacodynamics. Method Two hundreds of rats are divided into four groups randomly, fifty rats in each group, pharmacological experiment method is adopted to observe the anti-inflammatory effect, anti-tussive effect, expectorant effect and anti-asthmatic effect, arranging large dosage （200 mg/kg ）, middle dosage（ 100 mg/kg） and small dosage（50 mg/kg）group in each group, positive group （cortisone acetate in antiinflammation group; shedanchuanbei liquor in anti-tussive group; ammonia chloride in expectorant group; aminophylline in anti-asthmatic group ） and physiological saline in control group. Results The dosages of 100 mg/kg and 50 mg/kg have obvious effects on anti-inflammation ; the dosage of 50 mg/kg has a significant anti-tussive effect; the dosages of 70 mg/kg and 100 mg/kg have dramatic expectorant effect; the dosages of 100 mg/kg and 50 mg/kg have obvious anti-asthmatic effects. Conclusion Azuroquine oral liquor has a certain effect on anti-inflammatory, anti-tussive, anti-asthmatic and expectorant action, it can be made into the secondclass new drugs.
