早期神经促进技术配合声、电联合治疗急性脑梗死运动障碍疗效分析

摘    要:目的探讨早期运动疗法配合声、电联合治疗急性脑梗死运动障碍的临床疗效.方法将急性脑梗死患者150例随机分成3组,均接受神经内科常规药物治疗,Ⅰ组应用早期给予神经促进技术及声、电联合治疗,Ⅱ组应用声与电联合治疗,Ⅲ组单纯应用神经内科常规药物治疗.观察治疗前后功能性步行能力分级(FAC),简式Fug—Meyer评分(FMA),改良Barthel指数(MBI)的变化,进行统计学处理.结果8周后,各组指标均有明显变化:Ⅰ组明显高于Ⅱ,Ⅲ组,差异具有显著性(P〈0.01).Ⅰ组改善程度明显优于Ⅱ,Ⅲ组,差异有显著性(P〈0.01),Ⅰ,Ⅱ明显优于Ⅲ组.结论早期神经促进技术配合声、电联合治疗能明显提高和促进急性脑梗死运动障碍的恢复.

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of acute cerebral mtarchon movement obstacle treateo with early movement and the sound combined electricity. Method 150 cases with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into 3 groups, they received conventional drug therapy, group Ⅰ with early nerves is given the promotion of neural technology and sound combined with electricity, group Ⅱ with sound combined with electricity, group Ⅲ only with neural conventional medical treatment. Observed before and after treatment of functional walking classification ( FAC ) , Chien-Fug-Meyer score FMA, the change of modified Barthel Index (MBI) deals with statistical analysis. Results After 8 weeks, targets in each group have changed : group Ⅰ was significantly higher than group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ, the difference was significant ( P 〈 0.01 ). Group Ⅰ improved significantly better than group Ⅱ and Ⅲ ,the difference was signifieant(P 〈0.01 ) ,group Ⅰ and Ⅱ are obvious better than group m. Conclusion The early promoting nerve unobstruction technique and the sound combined with electricity can improve and promote recovery of acute cerebral infarction dyskinesia.
