卧位型心绞痛合并阻塞型睡眠呼吸暂停综合征80例临床分析

目的探讨卧位型心绞痛与阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征（OSAS）的关系，以及临床干预呼吸睡眠对卧位型心绞痛合并阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征（OSAS）的影响．方法将80例卧位型心绞痛合并阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征（OSAS）患者随机分为两组，研究组在给予常规药物治疗的基础上，给予呼吸睡眠干预，对照组仅给予常规药物治疗．对两组患者的症状缓解情况和心电图改善、恶化等情况进行比较分析．结果研究组患者在症状改善、血压控制满意率、夜间动态心电图检测心肌缺血发生率、心电图改变、心肌梗死发生率、心绞痛发作频率、射血分数（LVEF）、心律失常发生率等方面与对照组比较，差异均有显著性（P〈0．05）．结论临床干预呼吸睡眠可改善OSAS的预后．

Clinical Analysis of 80 Combined with Obstructive Cases with Angina Decubitus Sleep Apnea-hypopnea Syndrome

Objective To study the relationship between angina decubitus and obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome, and to explore the effect of respiratory sleep intervention on angina decubitus combined with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome. Methods 80 patients with angina decubitus and obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,and the study group was given respiratory sleep intervention and routine therapy, while the control group was given routine therapy.The remission of the symptoms, electrocardiogram and deterioration of two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, respiratory sleep intervention could improve symptoms, blood pressure control rate, night dynamic electrocardiogram myocardinal ischemia rate, electrocardiogram change rate, myocardiac infarction rate, angina peltoris rate, ejection fraction and arrhythmical cardiac arrhythmia rate.Conclusion Respiratory sleep intervention can improve the prognosis of angina deeubitus and obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome.
