基于PC端的农残速测仪智能化检测管理系统设计与应用

摘    要:针对农残速测仪单机操作模式在实际应用中普遍存在的问题,采用多线程、拟合曲线计算、RPC、MQ、JPA等多项技术,设计开发基于PC端的农残速测仪智能化检测管理系统,实现农药残留快速检测全过程智能控制和检测数据自动上传。实际应用测试结果表明:与单机操作模式相比,联机操作模式在通道打开、调0/100、通道稳定性识别等方面操作更为便捷;平均检测时间缩短7.2 min,提高效率18%;检测数值标准差9.05小于单机操作模式标准差17.63,检测结果的稳定性良好;数据自动上传至服务器间隔时间集中在3.00~11.22 s之间,占比85.71%,完整率为100%,数据上传的实时性和完整性良好。

Abstract:Aiming at the common problems of stand-alone operation in the rapid pesticide residue detector, the intelligent detection and management system for rapid pesticide residue detector based on PC was designed. With the technologies of multithreading, curve fitting method, PRC, MQ and JPA, the system realized the intelligent control of the whole process of rapid pesticide residue detection and the automatic uploading of detection data. Compared with the stand-alone operation mode, the online operation mode is more convenient in opening channel, adjusting 0/100, recognizing channel stability and so on. The average detection time is shortened by 7.2 min, which efficiency is about 18% higher. The standard deviation of detection data is about 9.05 smaller than 17.63, which is the standard deviation of single-machine operating mode, showing that the detector results is more stable. The interval time among the data uploading automaticly to the server is from 3.00 s to 11.22 s, the proportion is 85.71%, the integrity is 100%, showing that the system has good character of real-time and integrity.
