基于Creo Simulate的青饲收获机滚刀设计与试验

摘    要:滚刀是青饲收获机功率消耗最大的部件,若刀具设计不佳,会增加整机功率消耗。以自主研制的青饲收获机滚刀为研究对象,根据设计要求及秸秆的物理特性,确定刀具的类型、数量及排列方式。借助于Creo Parametric 5.0软件建立滚刀的三维模型,并利用Simulate有限元分析法对弯刀进行静态分析和优化,结果表明,当弯刀厚度减小2 mm时,弯刀最大变形量为0.059 86 mm,较优化前增大0.031 68 mm;最大应力为25.614 4 MPa,较优化前增加9.433 6 MPa。变形量、应力有所增加,但依然能够满足滚刀使用要求。以滚刀功率消耗为试验指标进行验证试验,结果表明,当弯刀厚度减小2 mm时,功率消耗有所减小,但弯刀整体质量却减少了25%,提高机具经济性,也证明仿真优化结果可靠。研究结果为后续滚刀的可靠性试验提供一定的参考。

Abstract:Hob is the most power-consuming part of the forage harvester. If the cutter is not well designed, it will increase the power consumption of the whole harvester. The hob of the forage harvester developed independently was taken as the research object. According to the design requirements and the physical characteristics of straw, the type, quantity and arrangement of the hob were determined. The three-dimensional model of the hob was established by Creo Parametric 5.0 software, and the static analysis and optimization of the cutter were carried out by using Simulate finite element analysis method. When the thickness of the cutter was decreased by 2 mm, the maximum deformation of the cutter was 0.059 86 mm, which was 0.031 68 mm higher than that before optimization, and the maximum stress was 25.614 4 MPa, which was 9.433 6 MPa higher than that before optimization. Deformation and stress were increased, but they could still meet the requirements of hob use. When the thickness of the cutter was decreased by 2 mm, the power consumption was decreased, but the overall quality of the cutter was decreased by 25%. This improves the economy of the machine and proves the reliability of the simulation and optimization results. The research results provide some references for the reliability test of hobs.
