烟草井窖式移栽机设计与试验

摘    要:为解决烟叶小苗机械化移栽问题,在常规烟草鸭嘴式移栽机的结构基础上,设计小苗井窖式移栽装置,实现小苗移栽的机械化挖穴、投苗和浇水等作业。为验证螺旋钻头的升土和排土的工作条件,计算出螺旋钻头升土的螺旋钻头临界转速为241.8r/min和螺旋钻头排土的螺旋钻头临界转速为92.68r/min,低于螺旋钻头设计时的正常转速250r/min,螺旋钻头结构满足设计要求。为验证螺旋钻头的旋转共振情况,利用CATIA软件对螺旋钻头进行模态分析,得出产生共振的最低频率为1237.36Hz,远远超过了工作频率8.33Hz。对烟草井窖式移栽机进行测试试验,通过试验烟草井窖式移栽机平均工作效率为0.17hm2/h,参数设置合理。本研究可以为烟草井窖式移栽工作机理提供参考。

Abstract:In order to solve the mechanized transplanting of tobacco seedlings,on the basis of the conventional tobacco duckbill transplanting machine,a cellar-type transplanting device was designed to realize the mechanized digging,seedling and watering of tobacco seedling transplanting.The working conditions of lifting and discharging of the screw drill were verified,and the critical speed when the auger bit lifted the soil was 241.8r/min and the critical speed when the soil was thrown out was 92.68r/min.These two speeds are lower than the normal speed of 250r/min when the screw drill is designed,and the screw drill structure meets the design requirements.In order to understand the rotational resonance of the screw drill,the screw drill was analyzed using catia software.The lowest frequency at which resonance occurs is 1237.36Hz,which exceeds the operating frequency of 8.33Hz.The tobacco cellartype transplanter was tested,and the test results showed that the average work efficiency of the tobacco well cellar transplanter was 0.17hm2/h,and the machine parameters were set reasonably.This study can provide a reference for the working mechanism of tobacco well cellar transplantation.
