饲料安全追溯系统的设计研究

摘    要:为实现饲料生产过程可查询、产品质量可控制、运输过程可监控、生产责任可追究,提出基于物联网的饲料安全可追溯系统的研发。对饲料从原料采购到存储运输销售的全过程及生产资料和关键节点进行详细的记录。从原料购入到饲料码垛,利用RFID技术、传感器技术可自动采集生产时的生产资料信息。在物流过程中,根据GPS技术、温湿度传感器技术的数据采集,可对饲料的位置信息、温度和湿度进行监控。系统基于Python平台的全栈开发生成二维码,连接打印机实现在线赋码的功能,为饲料安装上“监控跟踪系统”。通过将各个环节信息上传云端数据库,对生产物流数据进行处理,从而实现饲料安全生产全流程可追溯。

Abstract:In order to realize the feed production process,the product quality can be controlled,the transportation process can be monitored,and the production responsibility can be investigated.The research and development of the feed safety traceability system based on the Internet of Things was proposed.Detailed records of the whole process,production data and key nodes of the feed from raw material procurement to storage and transportation sales.From raw material purchase to feed palletizing,RFID technology and sensor technology can be used to automatically collect production data information during production.In the logistics process,according to GPS technology,temperature and humidity sensor technology data collection,the position information,temperature and humidity of the feed can be monitored.The system generates a two-dimensional code based on the full-stack development of the Python platform,connects the printer to realize the online codesetting function,and installs a“monitoring and tracking system”for the feed.By uploading the information of each link to the cloud database,the production logistics data is processed,so that the whole process of feed safety production can be traced back.
