摘    要:叶片是植物重要的光合器官,也是植物进行蒸腾的主要场所。植物叶面积的检测对于评估作物的长势和建立植物的生长模型有着非常重要的研究意义。针对现有基于机器视觉测量叶面积存在的缺陷,提出一种采用双远心镜头的高精度叶面积测量方法,该方法不需要对图像进行畸变校正,采用图像边缘增强、亚像素提取和图像分割等先进图像处理算法,使得图像边缘提取精度达到0.1个像元,叶面积测量精度达到3×10-6 mm2。试验结果表明,该方法不仅测量精度高,而且大大提高测量效率。

Abstract:Leaf is a vital organ of the plants to photosynthesis,and it is also the main sites for plants to transpire.So detecting green crop leaf area plays an important role in the establishment of the plant growth model and the assessment of the plant growth state.Aimed at existing defects in the measurement of leaf area based on machine vision,A high precision method for measuring leaf area that uses dual telecentric lenses based on machine vision is proposed in this paper.This method does not require distortion correction of the image and adopts advanced image processing algorithms such as image edge enhancement,sub-pixel extraction and image segmentation,the edge extraction accuracy of the image is 0.1pixels,leaf area measurement accuracy reaches 3×10-6 mm2.The experimental results show that the method not only has high measurement accuracy,but also greatly improves the measurement efficiency.
