基于发动机尾气能量再利用式烟雾机对发动机性能的影响

摘    要:针对传统的打药机械使用效果差、效率低、农药利用率低且操作人员容易中毒等这些问题,同时发现发动机燃气燃料利用率不高,燃烧不充分污染环境等缺点。设计出基于发动机尾气能量再利用的烟雾机,并对安装烟雾机后的发动机动力性、燃油经济性、排放性能进行研究。得出在发动机排气管上安装烟雾机后:发动机的输出功率和输出扭矩都有一定的降低,下降幅度分别为2.769%~4.105%和1.516%~3.686%,对发动机的动力性能影响不大;发动机的油耗率增加,增加幅度为0.917%~4.038%,但发动机燃油经济性要通过烟雾剂雾化效果与能量回收程度来衡量;发动机尾气中的CO和HC含量的上升幅度分别为7.692%~41.154%和70.690%~278.947%,NOX的排放量出现降低情况,呈现为0.173%~0.218%的下降幅度,烟雾机的安装对发动机的尾气排放影响较大。

Abstract:In view of the problems such as poor effect,low efficiency,low utilization rate of pesticide and easy poisoning of operators of traditional dispensing machinery,it is also found that the engine gas fuel utilization rate is not high,the combustion is not enough to pollute the environment and so on.A smoke machine based on the reuse of engine exhaust energy was designed,and the engine performance,fuel economy and emission performance were studied after installing the smoke machine.It was concluded that after installing the smoke machine on the exhaust pipe of the engine,the output power and output torque of the engine were reduced to a certain extent,and the decrease ranges were 2.769%~4.105%and 1.516%~3.686%respectively,which had little influence on the dynamic performance of the engine.The fuel consumption of the engine was increased by 0.917%~4.038%,but the fuel economy of the engine should be measured by the atomization effect of the smoke agent and the energy recovery degree.The content of CO and HC in engine exhaust was increased by 7.692%~41.154%and 70.690%~278.947%,respectively.Emissions of NOX were declined,and NOX emission was decreased by 0.173%~0.218%.The installation of the smoke machine has a great influence on the exhaust emission of the engine.
