盘刀式铡草机切割性能试验研究

摘    要:针对盘刀式铡草机存在的生产率低、功耗大的问题,对铡草机切割器切割性能进行试验研究。利用9Z-6A型盘刀式铡草机切割试验台,以主轴转速、动定刀间隙和秸秆含水率为试验因素,以比功耗为性能指标进行切割性能试验研究。单因素试验结果表明:比功耗随着秸秆含水率的上升而上升,当含水率到达44%左右时,比功耗最大;比功耗随着主轴转速的升高先上升后下降,主轴转速为650 r/min时比功耗最大;比功耗随着动定刀间隙的加先上升后下降,在动定刀间隙为2 mm时,比功耗最高。多因素试验结果表明:试验因素对铡草机切割过程比功耗影响的主次顺序:主轴转速>动定刀间隙>含水率;当动定刀间隙为2 mm,主轴转速为650 r/min,玉米秸秆含增水率为27%时,铡草机切割过程比功耗值最高;得到了铡草机黄贮工作范围内预测比功耗的回归方程。该研究可为切碎器性能改进和实际生产提供依据。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of low productivity and high power consumption of discknife chaff cutter, the cutting performance is studied experimentally in this paper. The cutting performance of 9 Z-6 A discknife chaff cutter was studied by taking spindle speed, dynamic fixed-knife clearanceand water content of straw as experimental factors and specific power consumption as performance index. The results of single factor test show that the specific power consumption increases with the increase of straw water content, and reaches the maximum when the watercontent reaches about 44%. The specific power consumption increases first and then decreases with the increase of spindle speed, and reaches the maximum when the spindle speed is 650 r/min. The specific power consumption increases first and then decreases with the increase of the dynamic fixed-knife clearance, when the clearance is 2 mm, the specific power consumption is the highest. The results of multi-factor experiments show that the order of the influence of the experimental factors on the specific power consumption of the cutting process is: spindle speed > dynamic fixed-knife clearance > water content;when the dynamic fixed-knife clearance is 2 mm, spindle speed is 650 r/min, and water content is 27%, the specific power consumption of the cutting process is the highest;The regression equation for predicting specific power consumption in the working range of chaff cutterwas obtained.This research can provide the basis for performance improvement and actual production of thechaff cutter.
