摘    要:以湘早籼20 号和超丰早 1 号为材料,研究了水稻物质代谢特性与产量和品质形成的关系.结果表明:产量与蛋白质含量均高的超丰早1 号具有叶片蔗糖磷酸合成酶( S P S)、磷酸烯醇式丙酮酸羧化酶( P E P C)、籽粒蔗糖合成酶( S S)和腺苷二磷酸葡萄糖焦磷酸化酶( A D P G P Pase)活性高,成熟后期的叶片和籽粒可溶性糖含量低,叶片和籽粒的全氮、蛋白氮和非蛋白氮含量及其谷氨酰胺合成酶( G S)活性高的特性,从而促进籽粒蛋白质含量和产量增加.

Abstract:Xiangzaoxian 4 and Chaofengzao 1 were used as experimental materials to study the relationship between yield and quality of rice and matter metabolism of rice.Results obtained are as follows:the rice variety (Chaofengzao 1) with high yield and high protein contents has high non protein N in plant,sucrose phosphate sythase (SPS) and PEP carboxylase (PEPC) activities in leaf,and high sucrose sythase (SS),glutamine sythetase (GS) and ADP glucose pyrophosphorylase (ADPG PPase) activities in grain.Therefore,both yield and protein contents of grain are increased.
