| Abstract: | The work of the party committee office, as a key chain in the management of colleges and universities, plays an important role with its specific responsibility. The work characteristics and the requirements on the staff qualities in the party committee office of colleges and universities were analyzed. On the basis of reality conditions, some perfection countermeasures about improving the structure of knowledge and abilities were brought forward. |
