绿茶及茶多酚抗人轮状病毒的实验

摘    要:人轮状病毒是一种引起人感染病毒性腹泻的主要病毒。用绿茶及茶多酚对人轮状病毒进行了细胞培养试验,结果表明,绿茶和茶多酚稀释浓度分别在1:100(每毫升细胞培养液含200μg绿茶)和1:8(每毫升细胞培养液含6.25μg茶多酚)时,表现对该病毒的完全抑制作用,使正常细胞不受病毒侵袭。这种抑制作用在一定的范围内与茶汤浓度和茶多酚的浓度成正相关。试验结果还表明,绿茶茶汤在高浓度时具有细胞毒作用。

Abstract:The human rotavirus is a major viral source causing human diarrhea.Cell cultrue by using CPE inhibi-tion method was carried out to study the inhibitory activities of green tea and tea polyphenols against the hu-man rotavirus. The green tea infusion diluted to 1 :1 00(200μg green tea in 1 mL cell culture solution) and the tea polyphenol solution diluted to 1 : 8( 6. 25μg tea polyphenols in 1 mL cell culture solution)showed strong inhibitory activities against the human rotavirus and protected the normal cells from being attacked by the human rotavirus. The inhibitory activities positively correlated to the concentrations of tea infusion and tea polyphenol solution. But high concentrations of tea infusion and tea polyphenol solution showed toxic ef-fects on the cells cultured.
