秋延迟大棚温光因子对几种主要蔬菜作物光合效率的影响

摘    要:秋延迟大棚温光因子随时间推移逐渐降低,11月中旬以后的低温是蔬菜光合作用的主要限制因子。番茄、茄子、辣椒、黄瓜、西葫芦等的Pn、CE、AQY均呈明显日变化,上午Pn、CE随PFD的升高而增加,AQY随PFD的升高而减小;下午Pn和CE减小,AQY增加。5种蔬菜比较,辣椒的Pn、CE、AQY较高,对低温适应能力较强,其次是西葫芦、番茄和茄子;黄瓜Pn、CE和AQY最低,对低温适应能力最弱。

Abstract:The test indicated that the temperature and photon flux density of Autumn green house decreased gradually as time went on.The lower temperature after middle November became the major limitation of photosynthesis.The pnotosynthetic rate(Pn),Carboxylation efficiency(CE) and apparent quan tum effi ciency (AQY) of tomato,egg plant,hot pepper,summer squash and cucumber in autumn gre ehouse showed obviously diurnal variation.Pn and CE increased with PFD in the morning,and decreased in the aflernoon,but AQY decreased with PFD in the morning and increased in the afternoon.Camparing among the five vegetables,hot pepper had the highest Pn,CE and AQY,it had strong power to adjust low temperature while the summer squash,tomato and eggplant,cucumber had the lowest Pn,CE and AQY,it''s power to adjust lower temperature was weakest.
