摘 要: | 作为高校食品专业的一门专业基础课,食品化学课程在食品理论教学中发挥着重要作用。通过食品化学课程教学改革与实践,不仅提高了学生的主动参与性,也培养了学生的科学研究与创新能力,取得了良好的教学效果。

Abstract: | As one special basic subjects of food major in colleges and universities , the food chemistry course acted an important role in theory education of food theory teaching.Teaching reform and practice in course of food chemistry was explorated and practiced , not only enhanced students' active participation but also fostered student innovation ability , obtained good teaching effect. |
