摘    要:本文从表型剖分线性模型出发,推导出了表型相关(R_p)的两种完整剖分模型:R_p=H_xH_yB_g十Q_xQ_yR_(ge)+E_xE_yR_e R_p=H_(xy)+Q_(xy)+E_(xy)与现有的模型相比,作者引入了基因型×环境互作相关概念,并提出了描述其相关程度的两个新的遗传参数:基因型×环境互作相关系数(R_(ge))、相关基因型×环境互作力(Q_(xy)),最后以毛白杨为例,讨论了表型相关的主要分量在相关选择以及基因型×环境互作的间接研究中的初步应用。

Abstract:Two general partitional models of phenotypic correlation were inferred from the linear partitional model of phenotypic value in this paper, Rp=HxHyRg+QxQyRge+ExEyRe, Rp=Hxy+Qxy+Exy. By comparison with the poplar model, the new concept of genotype-environment interactive correlation and two new genetic parameters (genotype-environment interactive correlative coefficient (Rgc) and correlative genotype-environment interactability (Qxy) ) were proposed. Finally, we discuss how, in P. tomentosa, the main components of phenotypic correlation can be used in correlative selection and indirect study of genotypic environment interaction.
