从土地资源看高尔夫的发展

在查阅大量土地管理、经济和高尔夫等方面资料的基础上,通过对世界高尔夫发展状况的概述,尤其是将美国、韩国和日本同我国进行比较分析得出:土地和经济是制约高尔夫发展的主要因子,随着经济水平的不断提高,土地因子将成为制约高尔夫发展的最终因子。从我国国土资源实际情况出发,在亲自踏查球场的基础上,对国内高尔夫球场的饱和数进行了初步预测,同时提出了高尔夫在我国发展的相关策略和措施,以此为政府机构和高尔夫相关人士提供参考。

Golf industry development and land resources utilization

Based on the literature reviews regarding researches on land resources management,economics and golf courses,through analyzing and comparing the similarities and differences of national condition of USA,Korean,Japan and China,this paper states that both land and economy are the main factors which limit the golf development,and land will be the ultimate limiting factor with the improvement of economy.Then,according to the situation of China land resources and our survey results of golf courses,it infers the maximum number of golf courses and advances relative strategies and measures for golf developing in our country.It is hoped that the paper would refer for the government and golf-managers.
