昆虫壳聚糖对鲫鱼生长及肠道消化酶活性的影响*

摘    要: 将平均体重为(25.2±1.7)g/尾的225尾鲫鱼(Carasslius auratus)随机分为5个处理,每个处理组3个重复,每个重复15尾。不同处理组的鲫鱼随机饲喂昆虫壳聚糖水平为0,0.25%,0.50%,0.75%和1.00%的饲料,研究昆虫壳聚糖对鲫鱼部分生长性能指标及肠道消化酶活性的影响。结果表明,昆虫壳聚糖的添加显著提高了鲫鱼的特定生长率和蛋白质效率(P<0.05),鲫鱼的生长性能未随昆虫壳聚糖水平的升高而不断增加,以0.50%壳聚糖水平组最佳;昆虫壳聚糖的添加显著提高了鲫鱼肠道蛋白酶和淀粉酶的活性(P<0.05),对肠道脂肪酶活性无显著影响(P>0.05),各个处理组中,以0.50%壳聚糖水平组肠道消化酶活性最高。综合分析上述结果后,认为昆虫壳聚糖在鲫鱼饲料中的适宜添加水平为050%。

Abstract:This study was conducted to investigate the effect of chitosan from insects on some growth performance parameters and intestinal digestive enzymes activities of crucian carp(Carassius auratus).225 crucian carp with average weight (25.2 ±1.7)g were randomly divided into 5 treatments of 3 replicates each,15 fish per replicate The fish were fed 5 diets with different levels of insect chitosan(0,0.25%,0.50%,0.75% and 1.00%)randomly The results showed that specific growth rate and protein efficiency of crucian carp were significantly affected by chitosan supplementation(P<0.05). While the growth performance was not continuously increased with the increasing level of chitosan from insects,treatment of 050% chitosan from insects was the highest among all the treatments Protease activity and amylase activity in intestinal of crucian carp were significantly improved by supplementation of chitosan from insects(P<0.05),whereas lipase activity in intestinal was not affected significantly(P>0.05). Intestinal digestive enzymes activities of crucian carp in treatment of 0.50% chitosan from insects was the highest among all the treatmentsBased on the above results,0.50 % chitosan form insects are recommended to supplement in diet of crucian carp
