黑胡椒精油抑菌活性研究

摘    要:为测定黑胡椒精油的抑菌活性,采用生长速率法测定了4种溶剂提取出的黑胡椒精油对5种植物病原真菌菌丝生长的抑制作用。结果表明:提取物抑制菌丝生长的EC50在0.0128g·L-1~0.4090g·L-1之间;氯仿提取出的精油抑菌效果最好,抑制菌丝的EC50在0.0128g·L-1~0.1431g·L-1之间,其中对小麦赤霉病菌的抑制作用最强,抑制菌丝的EC50为0.0128g·L-1。综合表明黑胡椒精油具有较好的抑菌活性。

Abstract:In order to measure the antifungal activity of the essential oil in black pepper,four solvents were used to extract the essential oil,and inhibition effects of mycelia growth for five kinds of plant pathogenic fungi were measured by the growth rate method.The results showed that EC50 of inhibiting mycelia growth was between 0.0128g·L-1~0.4090g·L-1.The essential oil extracted by trichloromethane had the strongest inhibition activity with EC50 for mycelia between 0.0128 g·L-1~0.1431 g·L-1.The effect of this extract against Fusarium graminearum was the best,and EC50 for mycelia was 0.0128g·L-1.It was suggested that the essential oil in black pepper had a good antifungal activity.
