灰毡毛忍冬愈伤组织诱导和增殖的研究

摘    要:将灰毡毛忍冬茎段和叶片接种在MS培养基中,并在培养基中添加不同浓度的生长素2,4-D,6-BA,NAA,以此探讨茎段和叶片2种外植体在不同浓度的生长素组合中愈伤组织的诱导和增殖情况。结果表明:叶片诱导愈伤组织的效果比茎段好,并且叶片和茎段诱导愈伤组织的最佳培养基均为MS 2,4-D 1.0 mg/L 6-BA 0.5 mg/L,愈伤组织增殖培养的最佳培养基为MS 6-BA1.5 mg/L NAA 0.5 mg/L。

Abstract:The explants of different organs of Lonicera macranthoides Hand.-Mazz.were used to induce callus tissues in MS medium with different sorts and concentrations of growth regulating substances,including 2,4-D,6-BA and NAA.The result indicated that the leaf was proper explants,the callus were easier to be induced in MS 2,4-D 1.0 mg/L 6-BA 0.5 mg/L,and the callus propagation coefficient was the highest when the callus of Lonicera macranthoides were cultured in MS 6-BA 1.5 mg/L NAA0.5 mg/L.
