WTO对湘西州农业的信息引导

WTO对湘西自治州农业具有巨大的信息引导作用，这主要体现在4个方面：（1）加强基础设施建设；（2）加强生态环境保护与建设；（3）进行农业结构调整，发展草畜业、园艺业、农产品加工业，实现农业产业化；（4）加速农业信息化。作者认为：湘西州应走立体农业、生态农业的路子，发展循环经济；湘西州极宜发展人工牧草种植；食物安全比粮食安全更符合湘西州的实际。

Information Guide by WTO to the Agricultural in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture

The information guide by WTO to agriculture in the Xiangxi autonomous prefecture has achieved enormous effect, they are mainly reflected in the following four aspects: (1) strengthen infrastructure construction; (2) strengthen ecological and environment protection construction; (3) carry out agricultural restructuring, develop pastures and animal industry, fruit tree pomiculture and vegetables pomiculture, farm produce processing industry, and realize agricultural industrialization; and (4) speed up the pace of IT application in agriculture. The Author holds the view that Xiangxi autonomous prefecture should follow the path of three-dimensional agriculture and ecological agriculture, develop recycle economy. The Xiangxi autonomous prefecture is very suitable for developing artificial pasture; and food safety is more suitable for the region as compared with grain safety.
