摘    要:采用高效阴离子色谱法对卷烟主流烟气中单糖成份进行分析。用超声萃取卷烟烟气总粒相物,超滤后,以高效阴离子色谱法进行分离,采用2.0mmol/LNaOH和0.5mm01/LNaAc的混合水溶液淋洗,在METROSEPCarbl250分离柱(4.6×250mm,5μm)柱上检测单糖成分,检测出卷烟主流烟气总粒相物中含有果糖、葡萄糖、阿拉伯糖、甘露糖、半乳糖、木糖等6种单糖,其中半乳糖成分的检出在可查的文献未见报道,组分分离较完全,定性灵敏度高。此方法能同时对卷烟烟气中多种单糖成分进行定性、定量分析,为判断卷烟的感官品质提供了有效途径。

Abstract:High performance anion exchange chromatography method was developed to analyze monosaceharides composition in mainstream cigarette smoke. Cigarette smoke total particulate matters were collected by ultrasonic extraction, the particulate matters were then extracted in an ultrasonic bath, the extract was separated by high performance anion exchange chromatography after uhrafiltration. The eluent was mixed with solution of 2.0mmol/ L NaOH and 0.5mmol/L NaAc, then the monosaccharides were detected by the applied column (metrosep Carbl 250 separation column). The results showed that six monosaccharides were determined in total particulate matters of mainstream cigarette smoke, including fructose, glucose, arabinose, mannose, galactose, xylose. The six monosaccharides were separated completely, and the method had a high sensitivity. The method could be used to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze several monosaccharides composition in cigarette smoke simultaneously, and would provide an effective way for the judgments of cigarette sensory quality.
