政府与社会组织协同供给农村养老服务的推进思路——基于协同治理理论视角的分析

随着老龄化进程的加快，我国农村养老服务供给愈显不足。政府作为传统的供给主体遇到了“政府失灵”的问题袁而社会组织凭借其自身的优势，成为政府供给农村养老服务的有益且不可或缺的补充。借助协同治理理论，介绍了政府与社会组织协同供给农村养老服务的现状，分析了两者协同供给农村养老服务所遇到的现实挑战，并在此基础上探讨了推进两者协同供给农村养老服务的思路。

On the thought of advancing the collaborative supply of rural old-aged pension service by the government and social organizations

with the accelerating of aging, the shortage of China''s rural old-aged pension service is increasingly obvious. As the traditional supplier, the government fails while social organizations become beneficial and indispensable complement by virtue of their own advantages. Based on the theory of synergic governance, the article introduces the present situation of collaborative supply by the government and social organizations, analyses the challenges and explores the thought of moving it forward.
